When you send us an enquiry or booking request through this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request — dates, number of guests, meal plan, or any message you write. We don't collect payment card details through this website.

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, confirm and manage your booking, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations as a hotel. If you tick the newsletter checkbox on our forms, we'll also use your email to send you occasional offers and news — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your booking details are entered into our property management system (Tomsoft Luceed) to run your stay, and shared with our email provider to send you replies. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to handle your stay, and afterward for as long as Croatian accounting and tax law requires us to retain booking records. If you've opted into our newsletter, we keep your email on file until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw newsletter consent whenever you like — just email us.
